Mango Languages @ Trinity

Mango LanguagesThe Blume Center has set up a 1-year site license to Mango Languages on a trial basis. This web-based language software is available to all Trinity students, faculty, and staff for free. Whether you are thinking of studying abroad or need to brush up your language skills for a job interview, Mango Languages offers lessons in the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dari, Dutch, Farsi, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Haitian Creole, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Pashto, Tagalog. The website also offers English (ESL) courses for speakers of Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese. Each Mango lesson covers practical conversation skills and includes instruction on vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and culture.

To start learning a language go to http://mangolanguages.trincoll.edu/ and create a Profile. This will help you track your progress throughout. Once your account is activated, you can begin learning right away.

Mango Languages

Hey, I was interested in learning a bit of Russian this summer using Mango, but I have tried to log on via the Trinity website and it doesn't appear to be functioning properly. I was just wondering if I could get some help with that. Thanks! -Henry
